Foie Gras, wondering how was it made?
Foie Gras, is the term for Goose liver, an expensive food. After watching these, I don't think I would dare to try, even it is free of charge.
Foie Gras means "Fat Liver". It's very very luxury menu that originates from France. But this dish comes from FORCE FEEDING a goose to make them develope FATTY LIVER DISEASE.

Starbucks to offer wine and beer? Cool..
Starbucks in the Chicago, Illinois area may have as many as seven outlets selling beer and wine, by the end of 2012.
Finger food like cured meat, almond, and bread with olive oil will also be available.
The Starbucks branch in Illinois joins its branches in Seattle and Portland, which have been the coffee giant's test outlets for the past two years.

Learn to cook Ayam Pansuh with Daun Bandung
Do you know what is Ayam Pansuh? Ayam Pansuh is one of Sarawakian Traditional dish/food. Usually we use chicken meat thats why it called 'Ayam = Chicken'. The chicken meat is cooked with 'Bandung' leaf @ tapioca leaf and inserted in a bamboo.
The origin of ayam pansuh is not available, but the Ibans and the Bidayuhs (people of Sarawak) always prepare this dish on any celebration days, especially the Gawai Dayak (celebration for the end of harvesting).
